A critical update for all Philippine taxpayers: The BIR has released RMC No. 107-2025 (dated November 24, 2025), which orders the immediate Suspension of all Audit and Other Field Operations across the Bureau.

This suspension is in effect until further notice from the Commissioner of Internal Revenue. If you have an existing Letter of Authority (LOA) or Mission Order (MO), this new issuance directly impacts your case.
