SUBMISSION OF BIR Form 2316 (For Taxable Year 2025)

Deadline: February 28, 2026

Note: Deadlines which fall on Weekends, Holidays and Non-Working days shall automatically be moved to the next working day.

For submission, please proceed to Compliance Section (Counter 9).

Employers are reminded to submit BIR Form 2316 (Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld) in compliance with RR No. 11-2018.
🗓 Deadline: On or before 28 February following the close of the taxable year
📌 Who should file: Employers required to issue BIR Form 2316 to their employees
📎 Requirements:
✔️ Annex F
✔️ Annex C
✔️ DVD-R / USB w/ scanned copies of BIR Form 2316 duly signed by employee and employer
