📍 Location: Blk 933 Lot 1 Ph9 Acacia Drive, Heritage Homes
Preference: Residents of Heritage Homes

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing expense summaries and managing client documents.
• Help with tax returns, BIR filings, and monthly VAT relief.
• Support transaction recording via Xero Accounting or manual books.
• Provide administrative support with HR tasks, memos, and policy drafting.
• Coordinate with staff for weekly reporting and manage utility bill tracking.

What We’re Looking For:

• Accounting/Finance degree and ideally experience with accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Clear communication and a positive, adaptable attitude.

LUMAGUI: SMALL-SCALE ONLINE SELLERS ARE EXEMPTED FROM WITHOLDING TAX

Kasama na online shopping at selling sa araw-araw na buhay ng karamihan sa mga Pilipino kaya naman bilang tugon dito ay ating binigyan ng tax exemption ang mga maliliit na online sellers batay sa Revenue Regulation No. 16-2023 and Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 8-2024.

Kung kayo po ay isang online seller, huwag po kayong mahihiya na kumonsulta sa BIR o sa mga mga accountant nyo upang maging tax compliant.
