SHARING IS CARING ✨
👩💻Client: She, alam mo my dad died leaving us money sa bank.
👩💼She: Kumusta? Nakuha niyo na?
👩💻Client: Not yet. I was surprised ang dami pala requirements.
👩💼She: That's why Achi # # # I always educate my clients to transfer it, if not "kurot" a portion from their bank to create instant cash asset in insurance. Ganun din naman. Magpapamana ka, bakit mo pa sila papahirapan?
Ang pamana wag natin gawin pabigat. (Then I showed death claim requirements from Sun Life). Nagulat si Achi # # #.
👩💻Client: Huh? Yan lang.
👩💼She: Yes, Achi # # #. Life insurance is the most powerful asset that you can have. Cash asset, liquid, at the time they need it the most.
Below is a sample documentary requirements from a "BANK" to claim funds of a deceased person. Mabuti na yun alam na natin ahead of time. Ang konti no?! 😬

“MERON NA KAMI EH” 🥺
PINAKA GASGAS & PINAKA MALING REJECTION NA NARINIG KO SA BUONG BUHAY KO!❌❌❌
Yes! Worse than saying “NO”
Wanna know why?
Because “NO” can have different meaning...
1. No, dahil wala kaming budget now
2. No, dahil may iba pa kong priorities right now
3. No, dahil ayaw ni misis
4. No, dahil hindi ko alam kung bakit ko siya kailangan now.
No can be No because they don’t have enough funds or knowledge about the benefits. So baka hindi lang sila ready and educated pag dating sa ganung bagay.
🤔Bakit worse si “MERON NA KAMI EH”?🤔
Kasi the fact that we have insurance the more na alam natin importance nito. Pag sinabi mo ang MERON NA KAMI its as if you are blocking the opportunity to get more protection sa Finances mo kahit alam mo na ang halaga nito. Eh diba The more nga na alam dapat natin this time na one insurance policy will never be enough.
You need to revisit and review from time to time with your Financial Advisors kung ano nga ba ang enough.

Life insurance premiums are generally cheaper when purchased at a younger age due to several factors that influence the cost of coverage.
Here are the primary reasons why life insurance premiums are lower for younger individuals:
1. Lower risk: Life insurance premiums are based on the risk of the insured person dying during the policy term.
Younger individuals typically have a lower mortality risk compared to older individuals.
Statistically, young people are less likely to develop serious health conditions or pass away prematurely, making them a lower risk for insurance companies.
As a result, insurers can offer lower premiums to younger policyholders.
2. Longer policy duration: When you buy life insurance at a younger age, you have a longer policy duration ahead of you.
The insurance company can collect premiums from you for a more extended period, which spreads out the risk and reduces the individual premium amounts. In contrast, if you purchase life insurance later in life, the policy duration may be shorter, requiring higher premiums to cover the higher risk associated with an older age.
3. Accumulating cash value: Some life insurance policies, such as whole life insurance or universal life insurance, include a cash value component that grows over time.
Buying these policies at a younger age allows more time for the cash value to accumulate, which can offset the overall cost of the policy.
The cash value can be used to pay premiums, decrease the policy cost, or even be withdrawn or borrowed against.
4. Health factors: Health is a significant determinant of life insurance premiums.
Younger individuals typically have fewer health issues and are less likely to have pre-existing medical conditions.
Insurers often require applicants to undergo a medical examination as part of the underwriting process, and favorable health results can lead to lower premiums.
As you age, the likelihood of developing health conditions increases, resulting in higher premiums or even potential coverage limitations.
5. Insurability: Life insurance premiums are based on the applicant's insurability, which encompasses factors like age, health, occupation, and lifestyle habits.
When you are young, you generally have a better chance of meeting the insurer's underwriting criteria and qualifying for more affordable rates. As you age, health conditions may arise or worsen, making it more challenging to obtain coverage or leading to higher premiums.
It's important to note that while purchasing life insurance at a younger age can be more cost-effective, other factors such as the type of policy, coverage amount, and specific insurance company also impact the premium cost.
It's advisable to compare quotes from different insurers and consult with a licensed insurance professional to determine the most suitable and affordable life insurance coverage for your needs.

WORTH IT NGA BA OR HINDI ANG VUL?
So, may mga nababasa na namn ako na hindi daw worth it ang pagkuha ng insurance with investment, cge tignan nga natin😁
Hear me out, i opened this VUL account 8 years ago with 20k annual premium or 5k per quarter or 1,667 per month.
Here are the basic facts:
⭐May guaranteed na P700k life insurance coverage ako til age 88.
⭐May kasama na din syang total disability benefit and accidental death benefit
⭐Lastly, may fund value ung investment ko na P104k as of yesterday.
So, lugi ba?
Did it fulfill my purpose?
Technically, lugi ako ng 56k pero always remmbr na you are also paying for your 700k na life insurance. Hindi sya free.😁
Here's how i see it.
For me, sulit na sulit na un!
So, lugi? For me, hindi.
I am happy na may account ako at naiopen ko 8 years ago pa.😍
So, what will happen after 10 years na paghuhulog?
Trust me, having a life insurance policy is going to be worth it!💪

A Story You Don’t Want to Replicate
•
Wife: Hindi natin priority ang Life Insurance.
Internet at cable bills? Car insurance? Etc....
Husband: Ok!
Tapos need to pay the Estate Tax ng beneficiary bago makuha ang savings.
LESSON:
Protect yourself, protect your Loved ones.
Get adequately insured.
