📢 Advisory: eBIRForms Version 7.9.6.0 Update

Pursuant to RMC No. 36-2026 issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue, taxpayers are advised to use eBIRForms Package Version 7.9.6.0 for tax filings.

If you are upgrading from a previous version, follow these steps to keep your existing data intact 👇

✔️ Download and install the latest eBIRForms version
✔️ Locate your old eBIRForms data folder
✔️ Copy important files (Profile, Savefile, Logfile, etc.)
✔️ Paste the files into the new version folder
✔️ Update TIN format, if applicable (add “00” for branch code)
✔️ Verify your previously saved and filed returns

⚠️ Important Reminder:
Don’t forget to back up your old files from the previous version before making any changes or upgrades.

𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃: 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐲 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐈𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞𝐝

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) reminds employers to comply with the proper pay rules for employees reporting to work during declared holidays and special non-working days this April, following Labor Advisory No. 5, Series of 2026.

In line with the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to protect workers’ rights and welfare, employees are entitled to the correct holiday pay for the following dates:
• April 2 – Maundy Thursday (Regular Holiday)
• April 3 – Good Friday (Regular Holiday)
• April 4 – Black Saturday (Special Non-Working Day)
• April 9 – Araw ng Kagitingan (Regular Holiday)

This is pursuant to Proclamation No. 1006, Series of 2025.
