Graduate of any business / accounting course with experience as Admin assistant or Cashier.
• Proficient in M.S. Applications
• Articulate, self-motivated, confident and sociable.
• Receiving of payments and issue acknowledgement receipts to customer.
• Preparation and uploading of Collection Tickets to System.
• Preparation of daily cash collection report, depositing of collections.
• Preparation of receipts and other documentary requirements as necessary
• Willing to work on site full time.
• Provide assistance in the follow up and/or submission documents relative to personnel statutory requirement and remittances as mandated by government agencies.
• Ensure the proper and professionally receipt of incoming calls and visitors and transfer the same and /or take note of any messages in the absence of the concerned employee.
• Ensure that incoming communications are log have the same received by the concerned employee/s.

Additional Information

Minimum Qualification:
Graduate of 4-year course
Business Admin / HR Management / Accounting
Experience an advantage but FRESH GRADUATES are welcome.
