In navigating recent challenges, I’ve revisited a passage that offered clarity during an overwhelming season.

It says: “𝗜𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗱, 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳.”

This line reframed how I view obstacles whether in work, leadership, or personal life. Challenges will come and go, and one day each “mountain” will be behind us. But the transformation we experience along the way the discipline, perspective, and inner strength will stay with us long-term.
