Funny how ungrateful employees are still staying in a company na kung ano ano masasama ang sinasabi nila pag nakatalikod. If you think there are many companies better out there, then why are you still staying? Why not go and apply kung saan ka sa tingin mo ay mas magiging okay?

Yan hirap sainyo. Reklamo kayo ng reklamo pero siksik pa din kayo. Ungrateful people always complain and they are so full of themselves. Palagi nila sinasabi na wala ang kumpanya without them. Pero never nila naisip na yung sinasabi nilang kumpanyang bulok ay yun ang kumpanya na naglalagay ng pagkain sa mga table nila at dahilan bakit nakakaraos ka sa araw araw.

Palagi naman tayo may choice. If hindi natin gusto then you can leave. Pero sana naman kung andiyan ka sa work mo at maayos ang boss mo, hindi nadedelay ang pasahod, may naiipambili ka ng pangbuhay mo sa araw araw mula sa pagttrabaho mo sa kumpanya na yun, magpasalamat ka naman kay Lord. Try mo kaya iappreciate?

Bawasan ang reklamo. Kasi nakakablock ng blessings yan.

Kung hindi ka na masaya, you can leave kesa nagkakalat ka ng negativity pa sa ibang katrabaho. Kapatid, baka wala sa kumpanya ang problema. Baka nasayo ang problema dahil sobrang punong puno ka ng entitlement.

Kung magaling ka talaga madami maghhire sayo. At kung hindi beneficial sayo ang kumpanya, you can go dahil marami ang walang trabaho at pinapangarap yang trabaho na meron ka ngayon 😊

A moment of silence for this Prayer for our nation Amidst Covid-19.

Father, we come to you asking for your mercy and compassion. We are praying for those who have died from COVID-19 infection. May their souls rest in peace. We also pray for the afflicted in hospitals and for those in isolation in their homes that they may be restored to health soon. We pray for good health for our doctors, nurses and other frontliners rendering essential services. And once again, we also pray for the good health and well-being of the members of our family and our neighbors.

Look with mercy on us, Lord.

They also started making nutribun and distribute it to communities in need of food. For free!

So far, they have donated and distributed 1.1 million kilos of rice to poor families.

They donated $10M worth of personal protective equipment to our brave frontliners.

The other day, Ramon decided to give FULL SALARY to all their employees impacted by this pandemic.

When asked if he was concern that he is giving away too much of the company's money, he said..

"We can make money again but life, once you lose it, it's gone forever. So between money and life...I'D CHOOSE LIFE".

In a confused world, we have a Filipino business leader who can see clearly.
