Because of FREELANCING—
Nakakapag travel ka habang nagwo-work.
Nakaka-upgrade ka ng gadgets.
Nakakatulong ka na sa family mo.
And to be honest…
Ang sarap sa feeling.
Parang…
“Finally, nagbubunga na yung pinaghirapan ko.”
Kaso, here’s the part na hindi mo masyadong iniisip habang okay ang flow ng income mo—
What if biglang mawala?
What if one client leaves?
What if sabay sabay silang mawala?
What if ikaw mismo ang hindi makapag work?
Kasi freelancing income is good…
but it’s not always stable.
Walang guarantee.
Walang safety net.
Walang sasalo sayo kapag tumigil yung cashflow.
So the real question is not—
“Kaya ko bang kumita?”
Kundi—
“Handa ba ako kapag hindi ako kumikita?”
Because it’s easy to enjoy money when it’s coming in.
But it’s different when it suddenly STOPS.
Yung lifestyle na nabuild mo…
Yung bills na sanay ka nang bayaran…
Yung responsibilities mo…
Lahat tuloy tuloy.
Kahit hindi na tuloy tuloy yung income.
This is why smart freelancers don’t just upgrade their lifestyle.
They upgrade their protection.
-- Protect their income
-- Cover their medical expenses
-- Secure their family
-- Prepare for emergencies
-- Build long-term stability
Kasi hindi enough na kumikita ka.
Dapat protected ka din.
If freelancer ka and you’re enjoying your income right now—
good.
Pero mas okay if secured ka kahit mawala yan.
I get you.
Kasi hanggang ngayon, freelancer pa rin ako.
Alam ko yung sarap ng kumikita ka on your own terms…
That’s also the reason why I took on the role of a FINANCIAL ADVISOR.
So if you want someone who actually gets it, not just explains it—

There’s one thing people rarely prepare you for.
Freelancing can feel scary when you realize…
Like—
No one prepares you for the feeling na kapag nagkasakit ka…
walang sick leave.
walang company HMO.
walang HR na aasikaso sayo.
Ikaw. Lahat.
No one prepares you for that silent panic kapag may naramdaman kang masakit sa katawan…
tapos ang una mong iniisip hindi “magpacheck up kaya ako?”
kundi
“Magkano kaya magagastos?”
No one prepares you for the stress of losing one client…
and suddenly parang gumuho yung buong monthly income mo.
Kasi isang client lang minsan…
isang cancelled contract lang…
pwedeng sumira ng buong cashflow mo.
No one prepares you for the pressure of acting strong.
Kasi kapag freelancer ka, people assume okay ka.
-- Ang laki naman ng kita mo
-- Ang sarap ng buhay mo, work from home lang
-- Libre oras mo
They only see the income.
They don’t see the ANXIETY behind it.
They don’t see the late nights thinking—
“Paano pag wala akong client next month?”
“Paano pag ako mismo ang hindi makapagwork?”
“Paano pag may emergency sa family?”
And the hardest part?
You can’t afford to stop.
Kasi kapag huminto ka…
income stops too.
Bills don’t stop.
Responsibilities don’t stop.
Life doesn’t pause.
This is why freelancing is not just about earning more.
It’s about protecting what you’re building.
Because what’s the point of making good money…
if one hospitalization can wipe it all out?
What’s the point of freedom…
kung isang emergency lang, back to zero ka ulit?
This is where most freelancers get it wrong.
Sobrang focus sa pagtaas ng income…
pero walang plano for protection.
-- No health coverage
-- No income protection
-- No life protection
-- No retirement plan
Pure hustle lang.
And hustle is good—
until life humbles you.
Being protected doesn’t mean negative ka.
It means responsible ka.
It means naiintindihan mo na freelancing is a business—
and IKAW ang pinaka-important asset doon.
So before upgrading your gadgets…
before another “deserve ko to” purchase…
ask yourself first:
“If I stop working for 3 months…
safe ba ako?”
Because real peace of mind is not just earning well.
It’s knowing na kahit may unexpected na mangyari…
hindi ka babalik sa umpisa.
If freelancer ka and matagal mo nang iniisip paano mo ise-secure yung sarili mo better—
I get you.
That’s also the reason why I became a FINANCIAL ADVISOR.
So if you want someone who actually gets it, not just explains it—

Ulan, sunog, baha, nakawan… kung bahay mo ang tinamaan, kaya mo ba agad i-rebuild?
Imagine this:
Umuwi ka isang araw, pagod from work.
Whether nakatira ka sa sariling bahay or nagrerenta lang, isang incident lang, puwedeng mawala lahat ng pinaghirapan mo.
At dito pumapasok ang home & property insurance.
For Renters
Even if hindi sa’yo ang bahay,
’yung gamit mo—sa’yo ’yon.
Your phone, laptop, appliances, furniture — lahat pinag-ipunan.
Isang sunog, nakawan, o water damage?
Ubos agad nang isang iglap.
Pero with renter’s coverage:
For Homeowners
Kung bahay mo naman ang pag-uusapan —
ito ang pinakamahal mong asset.
Pero the risks are real:
• Sunog dahil sa faulty wiring
• Baha habang malakas ang bagyo
• Lindol na biglang sisira ng pader
• Break-in habang wala ka
With home insurance,
structure + contents covered ka —
para hindi masayang ang years of hard work.
Why It Matters
Pero with property protection,
May peace of mind ka.
Hindi mo kontrolado ang mga sakuna.
Pero kontrolado mo kung prepared ka.

Akala mo sapat na ang HMO? Here’s the real deal.
• Flexible Use of Money – Cash benefit na pwede mong gamitin kahit saan: treatment, gamot, bills, or daily needs.
Simple Truth:
HMO = pang-checkup at minor care.
Health Insurance = pang-biglaang malalang sakit.
Magkaiba sila at kailangan mo pareho.

The younger you are, the cheaper the premium… and the longer your money has time to grow. Kaya malaking advantage talaga ang early start.
Age 25 — Best Starting Point
• Perfect kung may goals ka like: unang bahay, negosyo, or early retirement.
• Highest potential fund value dahil sa haba ng time horizon.
Age 35 — Still a Strong Start
Age 45 — Never Too Late
• Mas effective kapag may additional riders for specific protection needs.
