8. You may check the status of your payment within 24 hours (Sundays not included).

1. Fashion Five DOES NOT, and WILL NOT ship out damaged items.

2. Our items are double checked before we ship it out to our customers.

3. If still, a customer receives a damage item, we will be happy to replace it provided:

*We are informed via Facebook message with picture of the damaged item/s received.

*We are informed within the day the package is received. (FOR STRICT IMPLEMENTATION)

*Customer ships the item/s back to us. (Shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer)

4.For situations when we are unable to ship all of the customer's paid orders, most

probably due to damaged stock, we will include the amount of the unshipped item/s in your

package upon shipment.
