Meet Lynesus Jireh Christian Galos, our Senior Systems Administrator of IT Administration Team.

Jhaye joined Piedmont in May 2022 as the Junior Systems Administrator for the PH Team, bringing more than 9 years of experience in IT operations and administration. He was later promoted to Senior Systems Administrator in January 2023.

As Senior Systems Administrator, Jhaye consistently demonstrated initiative, reliability, and adaptability in supporting both internal systems and the Asia team. He provides timely IT assistance, troubleshooting, and practical guidance while maintaining a positive and collaborative demeanor. He has taken ownership of administrative responsibilities for FundCount, LastPass, and FreshDesk, ensuring these platforms remain stable and well managed. In addition, he supports the Leave and Medical Reimbursement applications with accuracy and independence, contributing to smoother workflows. His responsiveness, technical expertise, and ability to escalate issues effectively have made him a trusted point of contact for the Asia team.

Jhaye graduated from Mindoro State College of Agriculture and Technology.

Some fun facts about Jhaye: He originally dreamed of becoming a programmer, but a broken computer led him to discover his knack for IT repair. In his free time, he enjoys mobile games and surgical dramas, often likening his IT work to being a “doctor” for technology. His go to troubleshooting advice: “Have you tried restarting?” Black coffee is his ultimate mood booster – the secret fuel that transforms his “sloth mode” into “hyper squirrel mode.”

California has implemented a new registration and annual reporting requirement for certain venture capital companies under the Fair Investment Practices by Venture Capital Companies Law (SB 54, as amended by SB 164).

Beginning March 1, 2026, covered entities with a California nexus must register with the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI), with the first annual public report due April 1, 2026 for qualifying 2025 investments.

The rule applies broadly and may impact funds, SPVs, and other investment vehicles both inside and outside California, depending on their activities.

Meet Myra Endaya, our Assistant Manager and Group Head of the Human Resources and Administration Team.
Myra joined Piedmont in April 2023 as the Assistant Manager for the PH Team, bringing almost 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.

She demonstrated a strong foundation in handling general HR and Administrative functions. As an Assistant Manager, she manages compensation and benefits, recruitment, payroll, reimbursements, and reports with precision and consistency.

She also takes an active role in employee management, such as organizing 201 files, supporting performance evaluations, and conducting exit interviews with empathy and professionalism. Her ability to balance structure with compassion creates a positive and supportive workplace environment.

Myra graduated from Batangas State University – Lipa Campus in 2013 and achieved the top rank in the Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) Batch 15, under the HREAP Assessment Examination.

She loves traveling with her daughter, who shares her excitement for discovering new places. Exploring the world together has become one of their favorite ways to create lasting memories.
Although she doesn’t know how to swim, she has a genuine love for the water. Because her daughter enjoys it so much, she happily joins her by the pool or at the beach every chance she gets, embracing the joy of the moment right alongside her.
She doesn’t eat spicy food at all and avoids coffee in any form. She enjoys samgyupsal and buffet-style restaurants, though her husband often teases that she’s “lugi” whenever they go to a buffet, since she doesn’t actually eat that much.

Myra’s leadership, dedication, and passion for excellence make her an invaluable part of the PFS family. Thank you for everything you do, Myra!
