Karren Perez Neri– Newly Promoted Unit Manager

As Unit Manager, Karren will oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit, lead and mentor insurance advisors, set performance targets, ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, manage client relationships at a strategic level, and drive the unit’s overall growth and revenue goals.
