Last week, nasa hospital ako niyan at maririnig niyo rin sa background yung mga sounds habang nandun ako. 😅

Habang nasa hospital, may nagtanong sa akin na friend kung covered daw ba ng HMO niya yung isang specific procedure.
Sabi ko, possible naman, pero 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗼. May mga benefits, inclusions, limitations, at exclusions na kailangan mong malaman.

So instead of guessing, 𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗠𝗢. para makasiguro. Thankfully, okay naman, and helpful din yung hospital in assisting us.
Kaya naisip ko, share ko na rin ito for awareness.

Whether company-provided yung HMO mo or ikaw mismo ang kumuha ng individual plan, 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗺 𝗺𝗼 𝗸𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗼.

Hindi porket may HMO ka, automatic covered na lahat.

May booklet or information naman usually about your plan. Take time to read it kasi mas okay nang alam mo na bago mo kailanganin.

And for those asking kung ano ang HMO ko, Intellicare. I've experienced three different company-provided HMOs over the years, and based on my personal experience, very responsive ang Intellicare.

Kasi ang HMO, hindi lang dapat “may card ako.”
Dapat alam mo rin kung ano ang covered sa’yo. ❤️
