Sabi ni Grant Cardone -
"Money is not your problem.
Time is your problem."

-

Until we learn to prioritize and respect our dreams, we will never give time.

Man: "Twenty years from now or 30 years from now, how can I be sure that the money I’m investing will still be there?"

Bo Sanchez: β€œI agree. Life is unpredictable. God never promised certainty. There are no guarantees in life. But I’d rather face that unpredictability with the CHANCE of having P20 million when I hit 60 or 70 years old, from my investments, rather than face that unpredictability with just my SSS pension to feed me.”

Bakit madalas wala tayong ipon?

Wala kasing Financial Goal! In the end magtatanong tayo ng 'SAAN NAPUNTA PERA KO?'

But if you're financially literate, at alam kung pano palalaguin ng tama ang pera mo.

Nagtatravel
Magagandang damit ang suot
Nagmamaneho ng magandang sasakyan
Nakatira sa malalaking bahay
Baka may isa o dalawa silang katulong

In IMG, we don't promise immediate wealth. We don't show cheques and cars to hype people. What we have are realistic concepts, platforms, and system that are proven to work.

Here are a few tips to help you get started.

1. Increase your cashflow. Make as much money as you can, while you can. Have multiple sources of income.

2. Spend less. Reduce expenses. Remember, it's not how much you earn that counts, its how much you keep. Set aside 20% of your income to save and invest.

3. Zero out bad debts. Interests on debts are like leaks that drain your finances.

4. Understand how money works. Read books on money. Attend seminars on money. Seek mentors. Learn how to make money and how money can work for you.

5. Define your financial goals. Write them down. Read your goals everyday. Set strategies on how to make your goals work.

6. Have proper protection. While you are still building your wealth, get insurance to give you and your family peace of mind.

7. Build up your wealth so we can give more. ✨
