Alam niyo ba? Hindi lahat ng gastos sa negosyo ay puwedeng ibawas sa buwis. Ayon sa RMC No. 81-2025, malinaw ang rule: para maging deductible, ang isang business expense ay dapat ordinary at necessary. Ibig sabihin: Normal at karaniwan sa negosyo mo (ordinary) Kailangan at nakakatulong para kumita o mapatakbo ang negosyo (necessary) Nagastos sa loob ng taxable year Direktang may kinalaman sa negosyo o propesyon May resibo at tamang dokumento Kung parte talaga ito ng pagpapatakbo ng negosyo at may sapat na ebidensya, pwede itong ibawas. Pero kung hindi, hindi siya deductible. Layunin ng BIR ang isang malinaw at patas na sistema ng pagbubuwis para sama-sama tayong makapag-ambag sa nation-building.
