ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Director of Finance, the Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of accounting staff and management of the Corporation’s general ledger and financial reporting. Assist with the year-end audit, annual budget process and budget revisions.
Essential Functions
1) Manage day to day accounting activities including but not limited to bank transactions, petty cash disbursement and reimbursement, monthly tax dues, the month-end close and financial reporting
2) Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including all postings from payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
3) Review, prepare and post journal entries.
4) Prepare month-end budget vs. actual variance analysis including preparation of the monthly balance sheet reconciliations and analysis including revenues and expenses;
5) Prepare invoices and financial reporting to for THPT Taipei officer and prepares other funding sources.
6) Assists with providing financial information based on requests from independent auditors for the year-end audit.
7) Perform related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree major in accounting, preferably CPA
Minimum 5 years of accounting supervisory experience
Excellent working knowledge of automated accounting systems
Strong Excel skills and basic knowledge of other MS Office applications
Training/Competency Requirement/s
SAP, Oracle, ERP or any accounting related system/software

Job Description:
1) Provide 1st contact technical problem analysis and resolution of staff issues with the aid of available Service Desk tools (e.g. Remote Support, FAQs, Troubleshooting Guides, and Knowledge base articles).
2) Installing and configuring computer systems.
3) Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
4) Talking to internal users to determine the nature of problems.
5) Ensures the network and IT equipment reliability and availability are being met.
6) Conducts both preventive and corrective maintenance of the network facilities.

Requirements:
Educational Attainment:
Bachelor's Degree (BS Computer Science/BS Computer Engineering)

Required Work Experience/Skills:
1) Microsoft Windows Server Active Directory Administration 2012
2) TCP/IP networking and experience with DHCP, DNS
3) Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows systems(Windows 7, Windows 10, Server 2008) including Microsoft Office 2013/2016
4) Knowledge with Hyper -V technology, Microsoft Exchange and Skype
5) At least two years’ experience in a similar role.
6) Average oral and written communication(English)
