✅ Yes, pwede kang mag-update ng personal details at beneficiaries through PruServices.
✅ Yes, pwede ka ring mag-withdraw ng funds mag-isa.
✅ Yes, pwede kang tumawag sa Customer Service at mag-file ng claim on your own.

But as your agent, and as my commitment to you, I make sure you don’t have to go through everything alone.

I make sure na alam ko ang proseso, na kaya kitang i-guide step by step, at tutulungan kitang mabawasan ang hassle sa paperworks at follow-ups.

We undergo continuous training in our branch and regularly discuss real cases with our teammates. Para kapag kailangan na kami ng clients, handa kaming tumulong.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 - 𝗔 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆

This client got his policy 3 years ago, but over time, naging orphan policy siya, meaning wala na siyang active agent to assist him.

He was hospitalized due to gallstones, so his brother (my client) reached out to me for help. We immediately processed the policy adoption so I could officially assist for his Daily Hosital Income Claim.

One day after the policy was transferred, he passed away due to septic shock. He was only 29 years old. 💔

The family was left with around ₱1.3M in hospital bills.

We pushed through with the claims. This time, processing both the 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁.

𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴:

• August 4, 2022 - Issuance of his policy
• November 13, 2025 - Client was admitted to the hospital
• November 26, 2025 – Start of policy adoption
• December 2, 2025 – Policy successfully adopted
• December 3, 2025 – Client passed away (29 years old)
• December 4, 2025 – Met with his brother to discuss the claim process and requirements
• December 16, 2025 – Complete requirements submitted to Pru
• December 22, 2025 – 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 & 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱. 2/3 Beneficiaries have received the claims on their bank on that same day.
• January 13, 2026 – 3/3 Last beneficiary received his claim.

Total premiums paid in Pru Life UK: ₱𝟭𝟭𝟳,𝟬𝟬𝟬

No one plans for the worst, but being prepared makes a big difference.
