Ang daming mas bata ngayon ang nagkaka-cancer or critical illness and naturally, nakakatakot siya isipin. Lalo na kapag may family history tayo.

Pero na-realize ko, hindi pala natin kailangang agad matakot or isipin na kapag healthy lifestyle ay guaranteed na hindi magkakasakit.

We can do our best to eat better. Move more. Take care of our mental health. Get checked. Know our family history. And prepare for the things that are beyond our control.

Hindi natin hawak ang lahat. Pero may mga bagay na kaya nating gawin habang malusog pa tayo.
Healthy living is prevention. Early detection is protection. And being financially prepared is part of taking care of our family too. ❤️

Insurance is exactly for the things na ayaw nating problemahin kapag nangyari na.

One thing I've learned as a financial advisor is that every family has different priorities. Some choose a home first, some choose a business, some choose protection.
