The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has issued Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 30-2026, extending the deadline to 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 for the filing of 2025 Annual Income Tax Returns, payment of the corresponding taxes due thereon, and submission of required attachments.

📢 𝐓𝐀𝐗 𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐑𝐓: De Minimis Benefits Update

Attention HR Practitioners, Employees, and Business Owners!

The Bureau of Internal Revenue has issued Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 29-2025 on December 22, 2025, further amending the De Minimis Benefits provisions under RR No. 2-98, as amended.

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩’𝙨 𝙣𝙚𝙬?
The regulation increases the ceiling of non-taxable de minimis benefits, effective January 6, 2026.
