🔹 Assistant Manager – HR and Administration

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• At least 3 years relevant experience (HR/Admin)
• With supervisory experience
• Knowledgeable in labor laws and HR practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in a cooperative or financial institution is an advantage
• With HR certifications or relevant trainings

🔹 Marketing Staff
Qualifications:
• Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related course (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Experience in Marketing, sales, or promotions or Social media management and content creation is an advantage
• Creative and knowledgeable in basic design tools (e.g., Canva)
• Strong persuasion and presentation skills
• Familiarity with cooperative products and services (advantage but not required)
• Willing to do fieldwork / member engagement and be assigned to any DACCO office.
