Pero, hindi lahat have a business budget to hire a bookkeeper or accountant. I know there are several online resources available, but as business owners, no time na to do own research.

That's why I'm currently working on a guide to help you and your business how to:
- Understand ano ang mga kelangan to submit kay BIR - Books of Accounts, Financial Statement, BIR Forms

- Ano ba ang Chart of Accounts

- Write on Invoices and know kung tama dn ang natatangap from vendors

Ready na ba para i-close ang libro for 2025 and open 2026?

If hindi pa, here's a few tips:

1. Update your Books! Don't wait na end of year or next year pa.

2. Make sure na complete and may copy kayo ng lahat ng 2307 as of today. If hindi pa or may ineexpect pa, make sure to communicate with your clients or customers na need ninyo for year end filing and mas okay na matanggap eto kaagad.

3. Collect, properly file and keep all Receipts! Mas perfect if properly labeled or in chronological order, depende sa inyo, for ease of reference and completeness check na rin.

4. Make sure to take note of upcoming due dates and potential savings - 2026 permits (check baka me discount especially for RPT), utility dues, government dues, etc.

5. Employee payroll and 13th month - very important! (psst...need ma-compute annualization ng maaga para di hassle 🙂)

Hindi madali mag-business (maliit man or malaki), but with the right preparation (no need naka spreadsheet! 😁) maiiwasan ang gulo sa year-end and mas maayos na annual filing next year.
