Good news sa mga gustong mag umpisa ng negosyo!

Sa bisa ng RMC 74-2025, pinasimple ng Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) ang mga requirements para sa business registration bilang bahagi ng pagpapatupad ng Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018 (RA 11032).

Tinanggal na ang ilang nakakalitong dokumento, kabilang ang mayor’s permit, upang maiwasan ang delay at rejection sa aplikasyon. Ngayon, mas malinaw at streamlined na ang proseso, libre ang pagrerehistro sa BIR at kailangan lamang magbayad ng ₱30 Documentary Stamp Tax.

Gusto ng BIR na bawasan ang red tape, tulungan ang mga MSMEs at mga bagong negosyante, at higit pang pasiglahin ang ekonomiya ng bansa.

☐ Online Filing - Email confirmation receipt from BIR in lieu of the manual “Received” stamping in accordance with Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 49-2020.
☐ AFS must have the following:
a. Auditor’s Report / Statement of Management’s Responsibility
b. Statement of Financial Position / Balance Sheet
