✅ WHAT YOU'LL DO
*Work with hiring teams to create job postings for vacant positions
* Advertise job openings on various platforms, such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Seek (JobStreet) and/or the company’s social media pages.
* Screen resumes and assist with the interview process.
* Onboard new employees by leading orientation sessions, providing training, and assisting with new hire paperwork
* Create and enforce policies and procedures in a consistent manner
* Administer Weekly and Bi-Monthly payroll for the food group and non-food group; Ensure payroll accuracy
* Document employee grievances; sending out NTE and NOD; Scheduling admin hearing (if necessary).
* Assist employees with any interpersonal problems they might have with other employees
* Keep accurate and up-to-date records of employee information
* Assist with other human resources related tasks as needed

🎯 WHAT WE WANT
*[2-3+] years of experience as a Human Resources Officer or in a similar role
*BA/BS in human resources, business administration, or similar role
*Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Superb organizational and problem-solving skills
*Must be able to remain professional in tense and emotional situations
*Must be able to be discreet while handling personal information
*Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
*Must be outgoing
