I respectfully recommend that you check your status with SEC in terms of reportorial requirements specifically on the MC28, GIS, AFS & other special reports required. This is a timely reminder since they have an amnesty program until Dec 31 this year only. You may save a lot from the hefty penalties imposed by SEC if we check our status now.
