THE THREE TYPES OF INCOME

Jesus said to his disciples:

“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and decay destroy, and thieves break in and steal.

But store up treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor decay destroys, nor thieves break in and steal.

For where your treasure is, there also will your heart be.

“The lamp of the body is the eye. If your eye is sound, your whole body will be filled with light. but if your eye is bad, your whole body will be in darkness. And if the light in you is darkness, how great will the darkness be.”

THE THREE TYPES OF INCOME

First there is Temporary Income. This income is generated by the Man@Work.

Man@work is also called Active Income. It’s Active because you need to sweat, to stretch your bones, to employ your talents and skills to earn income.

Man@Work is Temporary Income. Sickness, disability, untimely death or old age can put a stop to the Man@Work.

Second, there is Stable Income. This is generated by Money@Work.

Money@work is also called Passive Income. It’s Passive because even if you don’t work, this source earns for you. Money@work is invested money. It is money that generates more money.

Money@work is Stable income. It doesn’t get sick. It doesn’t die, it doesn’t get old. It works 24/7.

Both incomes are good. There is only 1 caution. Both incomes will not last forever.

They are both fleeting.

They are not the end, but only a means.

The gospel today tells us of a more lasting type of income – Eternal & Perpetual Income. This income is generated by Love@Work.

Love@Work is kindness, generosity, service, gratitude, fortitude, patience, faithfulness, gentleness, mercy put into work.

Here’s the wonderful truth: Everyone can build Perpetual Income.

Love@Work gives the best income.

It will last forever.
It is guaranteed returns.
The yield is a hundredfold.
The guarantor is God, Himself.

In the end, the Man@Work & Money@work are just means to enable Love@Work and to generate Eternal Income.
