12.31.2025 Grateful 🫶

More than just coworkers. More than just a job.

As we approach the end of 2025, we’ve been looking back at everything we’ve accomplished. But today, we decided the most important milestones weren't the ones on our project boards—they were the ones in our hearts.

We held an "Achievement Cake" day to celebrate the wins that happen when the laptops are closed and the workday is done. We cheered for the teammate who finally finished those major, exhausting house repairs to make their home a sanctuary. We toasted to the one who finally stepped onto a plane to reach a lifelong travel goal. We celebrated the bravery of a colleague opening their own new business venture. We shared the joy of a teammate who said "Yes" to a lifetime of love with a new engagement. We celebrated the quiet victories, the personal hurdles overcome, and the dreams finally realized.

As this year comes to a close, we are reminded that behind every desk is a person building a life, not just a career. 2025 has been a year of growth, not just for our company, but for each of us as individuals.

Today, we didn't just share cake; we shared our stories. Because at the end of the day, our greatest achievement of 2025 isn't what we built as a team—it’s the family we’ve become along the way. 🤍

The stakes are high and the spirits are higher! Our team took a trip to "Vegas" for this year’s holiday celebration. It was a night filled with high energy, great company, and a shared win for everything we’ve accomplished this year. Feeling like we hit the jackpot with this crew! 🃏💼

12.15.2025 - Beyond business, together, we grow a better tomorrow! ✨

On November 15th, Saga Proactive OPC ventured deep into Malikongkong, Marilog District, Davao City, proving that no road is too difficult when it comes to supporting our community's future.

Despite the challenging journey, our team was energized by the warm welcome and the chance to make a tangible difference!

We spent the day:
👉Teaching vital hygiene practices 🧼
👉Unleashing creativity with beads for bracelets and fun coloring activities 🎨
👉Bringing smiles with gift-giving and assembling much-needed classroom cabinets 📚

Every Kris Kringle gift should be something hard and long… much like the emotional journey we all took trying to figure out what on earth to buy without accidentally starting office drama. But here we are—wrapping questionable items with confidence, spreading festive chaos with love, and proving once again that our company works hard, thinks long, and somehow survives the holiday season together. 🎄🎁
