THE BLIND FOAL

Moral Story Of The Day.

There was a mother zebra that had a blind child. It saddened the mother that her foal couldn't see the world for himself.

One sunny afternoon, she accompanied her blind foal to the river to drink water. On their way back home, they passed by a group of cheetahs that burst out laughing. The cheetahs, comprised a mother and her three cubs laughed so loud from under a tree.

It then dawned on the zebra that the cheetah and her cubs were mocking her blind child. She became very sad and heartbroken.

Her sadness deepened everyday as the cheetahs wouldn't put a stop to their act. They would roar with annoying laughter each time the zebra and her blind foal passed by.

One day, the sad zebra said to her foal.

"I won't bring you to the river today but I'll get you water to drink. In that way, no one will see you or mock you"

The mother then went to the river all alone, and by the end of her drink, she headed home with some water for her foal.

However, the cheetahs didn't stop to laugh and laugh. Their thunderous laughter then got the zebra extremely angry that she decided to confront them. Burning with rage, she stormed at them.

"You wicked cheetahs! Isn't it enough that I stopped my blind child from coming with me? When will you ever stop mocking us?"

But the mother cheetah looked very confused. She paused for a moment, then spoke very gently.

"We have never made mockery of either you or your child as you assume. You have only a blind child, but I've got three blind children, and I know how it feels when others mock us... Our loud laughter is due to the jokes I tell them every time as laughter makes us happy. So, I've got much more problems to even notice yours"

There are times in life when we get sad and worried because we assume things that aren't entirely true. That's how assumptions can kill our happiness. We are often afraid of chasing our dreams and accomplishing our goals because we make assumptions and worry a lot about being judged. Meanwhile, people are sometimes too busy with themselves that they rarely pay attention to us, let alone criticize us. Everyone's got their own vulnerabilities. So dream big and never be afraid to chase your dreams no matter what your assumptions in life are".

Nurse sa Qatar 120k (starting salary ng friend ko nung bagong salta sya)

Parehas may skill, pero magkaiba ng opportunity.

Kung expense naman ang problem nya, need nya lang isimplify buhay nya.
Kasi 2k savings nya, di natin alam magkano sweldo.
If 120k sweldo mo, tapos 2k savings mo, may problema ka talaga sa expenses.
If 18k sweldo mo, 2k savings 11% yon, income problem ang ifocus mo.

Tapos yung pangarap nya, puro dream capital.
(Puro palabas pera, pang pampasaya at pangcomfortable).

Walang nailista na pangarap tungkol sa
security (peace of mind)
Cash, Low Risk Investments, Insurance etc

at wala din for growth/risk, tulad ng stocks, real estate and business.

Pero okay din naman ang dream capital, ang purpose talaga non ay para maenjoy mo ang buhay.

Kaya to ayusin.
