⪤⪤ Develop, lead and manage group of Financial Advisors and to empower and leads them to achieve day to day and month to month targets.
⪤⪤ Ensures that the team has activities that will drive the sales and achieve goal.
⪤⪤ Regularly monitors team KPI and performance

QUALIFICATIONS:
⪤⪤ Min of 3 years Managerial experience
⪤⪤ Directly managed min of 5-10 people
⪤⪤ Sales experience is a plus
⪤⪤ Ready to Work Full Time and Start Immediately
