𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗔𝗛𝗜𝗡: Inilabas ng Malacañang nitong 06 Mayo 2025 ang Proclamation No. 878 na nagdedeklara na special (non-working) day ang 12 Mayo 2025 (Election Day/Araw ng Halalan).

Ipinatutupad ang “no work, no pay” sa isang special (non-working) day, maliban na lamang kung ang kumpanya ay may polisiya o collective bargaining agreement (CBA) na nagbibigay ng sahod para sa nasabing araw.

Samantala, ang empleyado na magtatrabaho sa special (non-working) day ay babayaran ng karagdagang 30 porsiyento ng kanyang arawang sahod sa unang walong oras ng kanyang trabaho, habang ang empleyado na nag-overtime ay makakatanggap ng karagdagang 30 porsiyento ng kanyang orasang kita sa nasabing araw.
