The filing deadline for the 2025 Annual Financial Statements (AFS) and related reportorial requirements has been 𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗗. This follows the issuance of Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 30-2026 by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

🗓️ Revised Deadlines:
• Annual Financial Statements of All Corporations: 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲
• SEC Form 52-AR of Brokers & Dealers: 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲
• Annual Reports (SEC Form 17-A) with AFS as attachment: 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

All corporations are reminded to ensure that submitted AFS are duly received by the BIR.

📌 Additional 2025 Year-End & January Compliances

1️⃣ 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗹
- Renewable every January at the municipality/city hall where your business is located.
🗓 Deadline: January 20, 2026 as per LGC (but most municipality/city halls ay nagbibigay ng extensions - na I think dapat lang dahil madalas hindi sapat ang 20 days for business owners to complete all January renewals)

2️⃣ 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝘅 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 (𝗜𝗧𝗥)
- Applicable to all taxpayers
🗓 Deadline: April 15, 2026
📎 Filed together with the Financial Statements

3️⃣ 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 – 𝗨𝗻𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱
- Usually for NON-VAT taxpayers using Itemized Deduction for taxable year 2025
- Includes BMBE-registered businesses with ₱3M and below annual gross sales

4️⃣ 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 – 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱
- Required for VAT-registered taxpayers with ₱3M and above gross sales for 2025
- Must be signed by an Accredited CPA

5️⃣ 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
a. Online Sellers
🗓 Deadline: January 20, 2026
- To be exempt from withholding tax, provided gross sales do not exceed ₱500,000
- Submit Sworn Declaration (Annex) to the BIR then submit the same to online platforms

b. Self-Employed Professionals
🗓 Deadline: January 15, 2026
- For those with income payor/s to be submitted to employers
- To be subject to 5% withholding tax instead of 10%

6️⃣ 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁
📅 Deadline: On or before January 30
- With prescribed Excel template and BIR Annex
