The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has announced that starting May 5, 2025, the eAMEND portal will begin accepting Applications for Increase of Authorized Capital Stock of Domestic Corporations under its Regular Application module.
However, applications for increase of authorized capital stock, when combined with other complex applications under the jurisdiction of the Financial Analysis and Audit Division (FAAD) such as but not limited to, decrease of authorized capital stock, merger, reclassification/declassification/conversion of shares, and/or change in par value shall be filed via the appropriate FAAD email address.

All taxpayers who are not capable of submitting the attachments to the duly filed 2024 Annual ITRs thru eAFS SHALL MANUALLY SUBMIT the same to their RESPECTIVE RDOs.
Accordingly, the submission of the abovementioned attachments shall proceed in accordance with the prescribed deadline, and NO EXTENSION shall be granted.
Note: Make sure to attached the screenshot of the eAFS error for reference or proof of issues encountered as justification.
