BINDOY Main Office, BAIS and GUIHULNGAN Collection Centers will be CLOSED on October 16, 2026. (Special Non-Working) Proclamation No.1457 In celebration of Buglasan Festival.

Regular Office Transaction will resume on October 19, 2026.

Maintenance activities and skeletal workforce will continue its operation.

Over-the-counter and online platforms are open to accept payments of power bills.
