Student 2: Hindi. May clear tasks, may mentors, at may natututunan ka talaga. Parang mini version ng real workplace. Sa Production ako na-assign kasi engineering ang gusto kong course.

Student 1: So useful talaga after graduation?

Student 2: Oo! Kahit anong path mo—college, trabaho, TESDA, or negosyo—may baon kang real skills, hindi lang “hours completed."

Student 1: Sana ganyan lahat ng immersion…

Student 2: Dapat naman talaga. Kasi immersion is for learning, not just compliance.

We support the implementation of the Strengthened Senior High School Curriculum this coming school year, recognizing the vital role of work immersion in preparing students for employment, tertiary education, further technical training, and entrepreneurship. Partnership Getting Stronger: Creobotics Program Implementation in Southernside Montessori School and Colleges Inc.

Our collaboration with Southernside Montessori School and Colleges continues to grow as we expand our partnership—not only in the successful implementation of their Work Immersion Program, but now also in launching an innovative Robotics Program for the coming school year.

With more than a thousand students set to benefit, this strengthened partnership opens greater opportunities for hands-on learning, industry exposure, and future-ready skills development. Preparation activities will begin next month through dedicated teacher training and student orientations to ensure effective integration of the Creobotics learning materials into their academic program.

Through their Work Immersion experience, they gained valuable industry exposure, developed workplace confidence, and strengthened the practical skills that matter most in today’s evolving education landscape.
