𝗢𝗻𝗲-𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗔𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼 𝗧𝗮𝘅𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has issued Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 04-2026, prescribing the guidelines for a one-time abatement of taxes, penalties, surcharges, and interest specifically for Micro Taxpayers (those with gross annual sales under ₱3,000,000).

𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗲: Covers delinquent accounts, outstanding assessments, and open stop-filer cases as of December 31, 2025.

𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱: Applicable to cases where the total basic tax or penalties do not exceed ₱80,000.00 per taxable year.

𝗔𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗙𝗲𝗲: A fixed fee of ₱5,000.00 must be paid via BIR Form 0605 upon application acceptance.

𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲: Qualified taxpayers can avail of this program until December 31, 2026.
