URGENT!!! ACCOUNTING STAFF
- has background in preparing or filing BIR Returns
- assist in other departments as needed (see below details)
EMR ACCOUNTING SERVICES is looking for:
1 Accounting Assistant (to start immediately)
Salary: TO BE DISCUSSED
* Willing to start with Basic Minimum Rate Salary with benefits
* This is for a Full TIME position - 6months probationary to Regular employment
* has ability to work accurately, independently, and resourceful
* has attention to details
* fast learner
* can work under pressure
* with good organizational and time management skills
* background in Accounting is a plus
* must be computer literate (MS Office, Excel)
* knowledge in BIR, SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig Softwares an advantage
* willing to do field work, work overtime, weekends or holidays if needed
* Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assists in all government mandated and company initiated benefits administration;
- Acts as liaison to the government agencies (SSS/PHIC/HDMF/BIR);
- Assists in processing of loans and claims (SSS/HDMF);
- Assists in monthly payment and posting of government mandated benefits;
- Prepare, update and monitors documents for transaction with government offices (SSS/PHIC/HDMF/BIR);
- Reports newly hired and resigned employees to the government offices;
- Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
* Free Lunch / Dinner (during overtime)
* Regular Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9-6pm)
* Lives near the office location or without problem with transportation (Preferred)
