The 29th annual CPA PNG and CPA Australia (PNG Branch) Conference concluded with the graduation ceremony of the 2025 professional certification candidates. Sir Mick Nadesalingam, MBE, CBE-UK, Knight in the Order of Leopold - Belgium, Officer in the Order of the Crown – Belgium, Founder -IBSUniversity, delivered the graduation address, emphasizing the importance of perseverance, purpose, and hope in pursuing one's passion. The conference, which was held at the Gateway Hotel, featured guest speakers, including Sir John Kaputin, who encouraged attendees to decolonize their minds and take proactive action to better themselves and their communities. The event also highlighted the need for accountants to play a more active role in driving transformation across various sectors.
