GRADUATE DRAFTSMAN REQUIRED

SOR is currently seeking suitably qualified candidate to fill in the following vacancy.

Graduate Draftsman

Key Responsibilities

 Use CAD software programs and equipment or a conventional drafting station to create
and modify architectural documents, drawings, forms, chats and records.

 Analyze current building codes, by-laws, and requirements to establish how they affect
architectural drawings, and stay up to date on all required and relevant codes.

 Visiting construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.

 Printing CAD drawings schematics for use by architects, construction managers and
structural and maintenance engineers.

 Any other tasks assigned by Design Manager

Minimum Requirements

 Diploma in Drafting, Design or related qualification

 1-2 years’ experience as a Draftsman working in a construction industry

 Must be proficient in AutoCAD skills Sketch up 3D/presentation skills

 Knowledge in documentation skills and construction knowledge

 Motivated and have good communication skills, strong time management skills with the
ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

 Team player and good work ethics

One of our first service stations with Total Energies documented and project managed and successfully delivered back in 2016 the Erima Total Service Station. This is one of our small retrofit projects for this old service station in which we documented close collaboration with Total Energies.
