Schedule your CEO Hour
As a business owner, it’s easy to spend every day working in the business. But how often do you make time to work on it?
Block out one hour each week in your calendar as your “CEO Hour” and treat it like any other important appointment.
Use this time to:
✔ Review your cash flow and bank balance
✔ Check outstanding invoices
✔ Review upcoming work and commitments
✔ Look over the week’s sales or completed jobs
✔ Choose one task to improve or delegate
One focused hour each week can help you stay ahead, identify issues early, and make better business decisions.
