Two-step verification in myIR is now compulsory for all users.

IR have now completed the rollout to make two-step verification (2SV) compulsory for all myIR users.

Customers will be prompted to set up 2SV the next time they log in to myIR, if you haven’t done so already.

IR have also implemented some other changes to 2SV, these include:
- Some minor look and feel changes in myIR including a new 'Security' tab under ‘Manage my profile’. The security tab is where you set up and manage your 2SV methods to sign in to myIR. This is also where you update the email address and mobile phone number used for 2SV.
- Text message is now available for 2SV.
- Customers logging in to myIR with a passkey are not required to enter a 2SV security code to verify their identity.

Earlier this week our South Island based Angels got together for a catch up, and to say goodbye to Megan who we were lucky enough to have on our team for over ten years.

From day one Megan brought passion, dedication and positivity, and she will be missed both by our team, and the many clients she has worked with.

We'll miss you Megan, but we're so proud of all you've accomplished and can't wait to see what you do next!
