We’re seeing a rise in attempts to gain unauthorised access to myIR accounts. Recent incidents involve phishing emails and malicious links that install malware, allowing attackers to take control of accounts and redirect refunds.

Stay protected – take action now:
• Be cautious of unexpected emails – don’t click unfamiliar links or open attachments
• Keep your device updated with the latest security patches
• Carefully verify any bank account change notifications
• Regularly check client account details and recent activity
• Act immediately if something doesn’t look right

Key risk: Fraudsters are changing bank account details to divert refunds. Always verify any updates before taking action.
