After what has been a very trying year for us both health wise, we are looking forward to the holiday season.

Am I the only one who thinks the combination of these three hollyhocks is TO DIE FOR?

From left to right Chamois, Chestnut Brown and Apricot Pink.

I have some left of each (but less of the brown) and it’s definitely less vigorous than the other colours but you expect that with the rarer and more unusual shades.

These are good plants which will flower this year. They do grow quite tall, Chamois being shorter than the other two, but they still will reach over head height so they’re going to create some drama and a bit of old fashioned romance in the garden.

I have mine behind my Cafe Au Lait dahlia, mixed in with apricot foxgloves, Salmon Oriental poppies and dark purple heuchera. They look fantastic.

$8 each and I will only post if you don’t mind me cutting most of the leaves off.
