Mark the date: 28 August 2026. That's when the first provisional tax payment for the 2027 tax year is due.

Boring But Important - your June key dates and info to stay on top of:

- GST (April/May period) - due 28 June. Now's the time to make sure everything is coded correctly before you file. Clean data now = fewer surprises later.

- Company vehicles - FBT rules have changed. Logbooks are gone. If you've got a company ute, make sure your setup is still correct under the new rules.

- Winding up a company? Shareholder loans not repaid within 6 months of wind-up will now be taxed as income. Talk to us before you close anything.

- R&D Tax Incentive is moving to in-year payments. If you're doing R&D and not claiming, you're leaving money on the table.
