What an incredible evening celebrating Wairarapa's sporting talent! 🏆
Osborne Group was thrilled to sponsor the Junior Sports Team of the Year award at this year's Wairarapa Times-Age Sports Awards.

A huge congratulations to these amazing young champions (and yes... they're pretty adorable too! 😊) on taking out the award. Your hard work, dedication, and teamwork have certainly paid off, and we couldn't be happier for you!

It made the moment even more special knowing that Jason Osborne was once part of this very same Featherston team many years ago. It's wonderful to see the club continuing its proud tradition of developing talented young athletes and inspiring the next generation.

The night was a fantastic success, with 271 guests coming together at Te Huinga Tāngata and many more tuning in via the live broadcast on Wairarapa TV. It's fantastic to see our community so passionate about recognising and celebrating the incredible achievements of our local sportspeople.

Congratulations to all the finalists and winners—you've done the Wairarapa proud! Here's to another year of sporting success, community spirit, and creating memories that last a lifetime. 🎉👏

"Your time and effort as part of the team collecting at Pak ‘n Save Masterton and Fresh Choice Greytown on Friday 15th May, helped raise $1,759.90 - and that is something to be genuinely proud of.

Across the Wairarapa, our incredible volunteers collectively raised $12,512 this year, a 12% increase on 2025. In the current economic climate, that result reflects something remarkable about our community and its collective generosity.

Every dollar raised through the Street Appeal helps us keep our services free for people facing life-limiting illness, and for the whānau walking alongside them. Your contribution makes that possible."
