The past few days have been challenging to say the least. Thank you to our clients for their patience during this time. It now appears that Xero is stable and customers should be able to use the platform normally.

IRD Services Unavailable including myIR from 6.00am Saturday 14th March, reopen 6.00pm Sunday 15th March

While we complete a system update over the weekend, our services will be unavailable.

Our online services (including myIR, SPK2IR, and submitting info via software providers) will be unavailable from 6am Saturday 14 March.

All services should reopen at 6pm on Sunday 15 March.

Saved drafts and web requests in myIR will not be affected by this outage.
