What a fantastic way to welcome spring! Our spring lunch was an absolute feast packed with amazing food and great company.
From the slow-cooked BBQ lamb and garlic herb chicken to the fresh salads, coleslaw and homemade bread, no one went hungry. We even kept a watchful eye on the BBQs using remote sensors to ensure every bite was cooked to perfection!
Thank you to everyone who helped make it happen!! 😊

Article No. 473 - When the Ram Touches the Wall
A lifetime guarantee sounds reassuring. Most of us assume it means the life of the workmanship or the job itself.
In this week's Canny View we explore a hard truth: many guarantees last only as long as the company behind them. When a business goes into liquidation, customers can be left with unfinished work, unpaid bills and a guarantee that disappears with the company.

Article No. 471 – Don't Buy All You Can Borrow
Your parents probably told you to buy the best house you could afford. The bank agreed. Here's why having a buffer might be worth more than another bedroom.
This week's Canny View explores the hidden risks of borrowing to the limit, from interest rate cycles and rising insurance costs to increasing council rates and changing property tax discussions.
