Rachel is an experienced lawyer dealing in mediation, Authority Hearings, personal grievances, performance management, disciplinary issues, payroll queries, parental leave issues, ACC, Health and Safety and the Holidays Act 2003. With over 14 years' specialising in these areas, Rachel has worked as a Senior Solicitor for the Otago Southland Employers' Association and also spent 4 years managing the Dunedin office of a law firm specialising in employment related issues.
