β¨ Meet Anya β¨
This week we're introducing Anya, our newest Receptionist and Office Administrator based in Dannevirkeπ

She loves the structured and detail-focused nature of admin work, finding real satisfaction in accuracy and well-organised processes. πβ¨

Family time in the country is where she's happiest. πβ€οΈ
Having grown up in the local community and now raising her own family here, Anya loves the genuine kindness of the people around her. It's the kind of place where neighbours look out for one another, and that's something she truly treasures. πΎπ

ππ Happy Retirement, Simon! ππ
After an incredible career filled with dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for his clients and our community, this week we said farewell to Simon as he begins a very well-earned retirement. ππ
Simonβs journey began with a Diploma of Agriculture at Massey University in 1980 before returning three years later to earn a Bachelor of Business Studies, majoring in Accounting, Finance, and Agriculture. ππ
Before MCI & Associates was formed in 2007 through the merger with Beard Dodson Ivamy, Simon was a partner at Holloway & Irwin in Dannevirke for 11 years. Throughout his career, he has built lifelong relationships, shared his knowledge so generously, and become a trusted advisor to many clients. π€ππΌ
Although Simon is retiring from MCI & Associates, we have a feeling he won't be slowing down anytime soon! ππ± We know heβll be keeping busy on the farm, growing plenty of vegetables π₯π₯¦π
, heading out for a spot of fishing π£, enjoying the rugby π, and, most importantly, spending quality time with Sharon, his family and friends. β€οΈπ¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦βοΈ
