If cashflow’s like toilet paper, what happens if you have more than you actually need?

If your business has more cash than it needs to operate comfortably, it’s worth asking whether that money could be working harder for you.

Here’s Keighley from Sidekick Wānaka with some suggestions:
• Invest it.
• Put it towards something the business actually needs.
• Pay down debt.
• Pay yourself or your team more
• Put it to work outside the business.
