Happy 5th birthday to The Outsider. We’ve come a long way! Thanks to an awesome bunch of people who have supported us along the way. And massive thanks to our great crew - past and present.

Every year we (Directors) break away from The Outsider office for a day to sign off the annual financial accounts and build the annual business plan. As is our way, we head for inspiration in the great outdoors. It is a privilege to live in this amazing country.
Previous years we have headed up to the Ho**er Glacier, or to wild beaches of Bank Peninsula, and this year, a wander into Arthurs Pass was on the cards. Rough weather and a waterfall in heavy flow set the ideal back drop for an awesome planning day and continue this ‘odd’ tradition. But People like us… do things like this…
We work closely with many businesses to build a structure that reinforces the desired workplace culture. Want to build a stronger team? – we find traditions play an important role in reinforcing that identity.

Wishing you all a relaxing Easter break. 🐰 We are also closed for "Accountants Day" on Tuesday, 22nd April 2025, giving our amazing team some extra time off for some well-deserved R&R.
