Just had a few client who haven't been getting the alerts from IRD, so see below to set it up
Did you know you can choose how to receive notifications from us when we send you correspondence through myIR? Would you prefer a notification by text message, email or both? You can choose!⭐
Let us know your preferences by changing this setting in myIR.
Select 'Manage profile' from your myIR homepage and click on the 'Change notification preferences' button on the bottom left-hand side of your screen.
